Kiara-Lee Govender is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing research projects from design to delivery. By specializing in data analysis and insight-led reporting, Kiara-Lee ensures high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Naturally curious about how people think, feel, and decide, Kiara-Lee pursued a Master’s degree in Consumer Neuroscience to better understand the mind behind consumer behaviour. She believes the consumer is one of the most powerful forces in the market and is driven to help brands connect with people in ways that respect both human experience and brand intent. Through her postgraduate studies and internships, Kiara-Lee has built a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research, developed advanced data analysis skills, and gained hands-on experience with neuromarketing tools such as eye-tracking, galvanic skin response, and facial expression analysis.

Based in South Africa, Kiara-Lee enjoys spending time with her family and golden retriever and is an avid gamer (mostly found roaming Red Dead Redemption 2). Kiara-Lee also has a fondness for classic literature, often collecting 19th-century novels she fully intends to read… once she gets through the other twenty on her coffee table.
